The Ego offers a Best Price Guarantee to ensure that Clients receive fair and transparent pricing when booking services through our platform.

1. Purpose of the Best Price Guarantee

Our goal is to provide the best available pricing for vendor services at the time of booking as listed on our platform.

However, The Ego does not set or control vendor pricing.
Prices are determined entirely by the Vendors, who are independent service providers.

2. Scope of the Guarantee

The Best Price Guarantee applies to:

services listed on our platform
identical services offered by the same Vendor
for the same service date and duration
under the same requirements and specifications
including applicable taxes and fees

3. What Is Considered “Eligible Price Comparison”?

A valid price comparison must:

be for the same Vendor
for the exact same service
for the same date and time
for the same package or inclusion terms
be publicly accessible and verifiable

Screenshots or verbal claims are not sufficient — only verifiable published pricing is accepted.

4. Exclusions (VERY IMPORTANT)

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

private quotes provided by Vendors via direct negotiation
discounted rates offered privately or via closed groups
promotional campaigns not publicly available
limited-time special offers or flash discounts
loyalty or membership-based pricing
errors or misprints in pricing
services offered on different platforms with different terms
comparisons where service quality or inclusions differ

5. Refund or Adjustment Procedure

If a client finds a lower eligible price:

They may submit a claim to:

The claim must include:

link to the lower price
proof of identical conditions
booking reference (if already booked)

If the claim is validated, ONE of the following may occur:

The Vendor may voluntarily match the price, OR
The Vendor may decline the claim

Important:
The Ego does not impose pricing adjustments on Vendors.
We facilitate communication but are not responsible for pricing decisions.

6. Vendor Price Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for:

setting their own prices
modifying or updating pricing
honoring published prices
ensuring accuracy of displayed rates

The Ego is not liable for:

outdated prices
vendor input mistakes
vendor pricing conflicts
vendor refusal to adjust prices

7. Limitation of Guarantee

The Best Price Guarantee is informational, reputational, and promotional.
It does not constitute a legal or financial obligation of The Ego.

The Ego does not guarantee:

that the lowest price available globally will always be shown
that vendors will comply with price matching
that external promotional pricing can be matched
or that the platform displays every possible offer available elsewhere.

8. Right to Modify or Discontinue

The Ego reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
