These Final Provisions apply to all legal documents published by Ego Events Media Group (“The Ego”), including but not limited to Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and other legal notices.

1. Entire Agreement

The legal documents published on the platform collectively represent the full and complete agreement between you and The Ego regarding use of the platform.

They supersede any prior verbal or written understanding.

2. Severability Clause

If any provision of these documents is found to be invalid or unenforceable:

• the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect

• does not constitute a waiver
• does not restrict future enforcement

The Ego may transfer or assign platform ownership or operational rights to another entity, including:

• acquisition
• merger

in accordance with applicable law.

Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these terms without written consent.

5. Survival of Terms

The following obligations survive termination of account or use of platform:

• confidentiality
• intellectual property restrictions
• liability limitations
• vendor responsibility
• data archiving for legal or compliance purposes
• dispute provisions
• indemnification

These remain enforceable regardless of account status.

6. Language of the Agreement

The legally binding version of these documents is in English.

Translations may be provided for convenience only.
In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

• meaning of clauses prevails over formatting

8. Relationship Between Parties

Nothing in these documents establishes:

• partnership
• employment
• agency
• franchise
• joint venture

between any user and The Ego.

Vendors and Clients maintain independent roles.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by Romanian law.
Any legal claims involving The Ego shall be handled before the competent courts in Romania.

10. Updates to Legal Terms

The Ego may revise these policies at any time.

Users will be deemed to have accepted any changes by continuing to use the platform after revisions are published.

We recommend users periodically review legal documents.
