• feature vendor feedback

3. Content Requirements

Users agree that content they upload must:

• be accurate and truthful
• reflect genuine experience
• not violate third-party rights
• not contain confidential or sensitive data
• not be defamatory or abusive
• not include hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• not contain advertising or spam
• not contain illegal content or solicitations
• not infringe intellectual property rights

Vendors and users must not submit content:

• fabricated for promotional purposes
• exchanged for incentives
• used as blackmail against a vendor or client
• intended to sabotage a listing or competitor

4. Vendor Photos and Media

Vendors may upload:

• portfolio photos
• event images
• promotional visuals

They must confirm that they:

• own the rights OR
• have explicit permission to use the media

Copyright violations are strictly prohibited.

5. Platform Moderation Rights

The Ego reserves the right to:

• edit visibility of content
• remove content
• restrict access to content
• blur or anonymize certain data
• delete inappropriate or harmful material
• request verification of claims or reviews
• suspend accounts responsible for abusive content

Moderation decisions are final and at the discretion of The Ego.
